  1. BBS' and Online services where you may obtain various files and 
  2. utilities. These utilities have been created by ThrustMaster users to 
  3. make using your FCS(PFCS), WCS I, WCS II, and RCS more fun and realistic:

  5. Many of these BBS' are members of SIM-NET, a BBS network dedicated to 
  6. serving the unique needs of members of the growing hobby of flight 
  7. simulation all across America and, indeed, the World.  Many of the BBS'
  8. listed below may not yet have the utilities files available.  Please be
  9. patient while the SIM-NET operators get the file-sharing feature of SIM-NET
  10. connected so that files posted on one BBS will eventually be transmitted and
  11. shared with other SIM-NET member BBS'.

  47. Note: The above boards are run by private individuals, so their time of
  48. operation and continuing availability is up to the individuals who put
  49. forth the effort to maintain them.  Your continuing support of the efforts
  50. of those who run these boards is much appreciated.  The Sysops of these
  51. boards put in many long hours and invest a lot of money into setting up
  52. these BBS' for your benefit.  Please assist them in continuing to provide
  53. you with these services by sending in donations when requested for new
  54. equipment, etc.

  56. Over the years I have wittnessed the beginning and ending of many BBS' 
  57. begun by well-meaning individuals who thought that users would help support 
  58. their efforts.  Too often, many users simply signed on, took what they 
  59. needed and then offered no financial assistance whatever.  This ultimately 
  60. leads to the board operator finding it necessary to either fold the 
  61. operation of the BBS or take it private and require high monthly or annual 
  62. fees to continue it.  Please keep in mind that if you wish to continue to 
  63. have this type of service available to you when you need it, then you 
  64. should send a donation to assist in keeping it available.
